From Scaling Product at Global Leaders to Coaching Ambitious Founders

I’ve spent over 25 years building and scaling SaaS businesses — from Fortune 500 giants like Microsoft and Cisco to hypergrowth startups.

Most recently, as Chief Product Officer at Chargebee, I helped grow the company from $125M to a $3.5B valuation. That included scaling revenue from $8M to $80M, leading a global team from 60 to 350+, and reducing churn below 2% — all while building a product ranked #1 on G2 across five categories.

But titles and metrics only tell part of the story.

What drives me is helping founders navigate what comes after the early wins — the messy middle of scaling strategy, aligning teams, and making high-stakes decisions with clarity. I’ve been there. And now, through ilimcraft, I help founders get through it — faster, stronger, and more focused.
